How to play

Your child runs real little magnet experiments: they guess whether the magnet will pick something up, then move the magnet over it and see what really happens. They learn that magnets pull things made of iron and steel, like a paper clip, a nail, a steel spoon and scissor blades, but not an aluminium can, a copper coin, plastic, wood, glass or paper, with a short spoken explanation each time. Levels grow from predicting to sorting things into boxes, discovering that north and south poles pull together while two of the same pole push apart, a magnet fishing pond and a final mix. There are no timers and no losing: mistakes get a gentle hint, and every right answer puts a new magnet on the fridge.
