How to play
Your child builds compound words from two smaller words, like sun + flower = sunflower or cup + cake = cupcake: each word is half a cookie with its own picture, and the right halves snap together into a whole cookie showing the new word and its picture, read aloud. Levels grow from picking the missing half from two and then three, to splitting a long word back into its two little words, to finding the name of a picture, and finally a mix of all three, using only real, everyday compound words. There are no timers and no losing: a half that doesn't make a word gets a gentle spoken hint, and every six cookies fill the jar and earn a star.
