How to play

Your child explores light and dark shades of one colour: picking the lighter or darker paint pot, lining pots up on a staircase from lightest to darkest, and adding white to make a tint or black to make a shade until a paint matches its target. Every pot also shows dots (one dot for the lightest, five for the darkest), so children who see colours differently can play too. Levels grow from comparing two pots, to ordering three and then five, to mixing to match, and finally a mix of everything. There are no timers and no losing: mistakes get a gentle spoken hint, and every solved round paints a brick of a rainbow gradient wall.
