Pixel Pets

How to play

Your child copies a little pet from a picture by tapping squares on a grid, starting with a 5×5 grid and one colour and growing to 8×8 and 10×10 grids with more colours. Every colour also has its own symbol, and the grid has letters and numbers, so hints can name a square like "B 3 needs blue", a first taste of grid coordinates. Level four is about symmetry: half of the pet is already there and your child mirrors the other half, and the last level is free pixel art. There are no timers and no losing: mistakes get a gentle hint, and every finished pet is saved in a gallery to look at again.
