How to play

Your child learns to name six feelings from faces and little stories, like a balloon flying away or a loud thunderstorm, with a calm voice that points out the clues on each face. Slow bubble breathing is built in: press and hold to breathe in while a big bubble grows, then let go to breathe out as it floats away. Later levels ask what could help a friend with a big feeling, such as a hug, slow breaths or telling a grown-up. Soft colours, slow motion and no timers or losing make it a gentle way to wind down.
